SpecLock helps businesses keep a clear record of quotations, customer decisions and the instructions their workshop follows.

If a business sends you a private proposal link, we show you only that proposal. When you respond, we record the name you enter, your decision, any comment and the time, and share them with that business.

Businesses and their staff store their own customers, jobs, files and notes. Internal notes, costs, customer phone numbers and addresses are never shown on customer links.

Optional AI assistance is off by default. When a business enables it, only the text or voice note they choose is sent to the selected provider to prepare editable suggestions.

Approval records and job history are kept so businesses can rely on them. Operational backups expire after 35 days. To delete an account, use the account deletion page.

Questions about your data can be sent to the business that shared your link, or to SpecLock support from the app.
